**Read Before Booking**

To ensure the best experience for every client, please review the following salon policies:

 

Appointments

Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

Hair is provide for all styles.

All services are by appointment only.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

For any styles that necessitate human hair, a larger deposit will be required (which is the price of the human hair that is needed for the style selected).

Please note that these prices may vary depending on the number of packs of human hair needed.

 

Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

No-shows may be required to pay 100% of the service cost before rebooking.

 

Late Policy

Please arrive on time.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will lose their deposit.

 

Payment

Final payment is due at the end of your appointment.

Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo, and Cash App

 

Children & Extra Guests

No children or extra guests allowed unless being serviced.

This is to maintain a calm and focused work environment.

 

Hair Preparation

Hair must be clean, detangled, and free of product prior to your appointment.

 

Style Guarantee

Please inspect your style before leaving the chair.

Minor adjustments will be made at the end of the appointment if requested.

No refunds once you leave the salon.

 

Health & Safety

Please do not attend your appointment if you are sick.

Masks may be required based on health guidelines.
